Role Responsibilities
Club Events Coordinator The position of Events Co-ordinator for the Fiat 500 Club is quite an intense one. You will be in charge of co-ordinating all of the seperate Area Events Organisers (there are 8 at the moment). Ensuring they submit details to you of their forthcoming events, which need to be entered onto the on-line calendar and submitted to Julian for the magazine. Its is also the responsibility of the Events Co-ordinator to make sure neighbouring areas do not clash!
The job also entails organising some of the larger events, like the AGM and NEC.
You would be expected to attend the committee meetings which are held roughly every six weeks at Janet's house in Wendover, Bucks.
It would benefit anyone interested in the position if they had access to the internet.

If you are an organised person (or know of anyone who would be interested in the position), then please get in touch with the committee. They are a great bunch of people and the committee meetings are always alot of fun mixed in with some serious stuff!

Legal Advisor Someone with experience in legal matters to advise the club as required. An example of such a requirment would be the formulation of appropriate disclaimers for the magazine and website.
Various Events Organisers A number of vacancies exist for regional events organisers. Why not look ahead into next year and see what events would we worth going to and have a go at the role?
